Mercedes Benz to pay 1.5 million $ to employees
The California court of appeals ordered Downtown LA Motors Mercedes Benz to pay 1.5 million $ to their employees. They failed to pay minimum wage to their technicians on who were on waiting period.
Court listened to both arguments. Mercedes stated that they paid minimum payment to their employees but they failed to pay for each and every hour they spent waiting for the repair work.
Industrial Welfare Commission wage order No. 4-2001, states that employees must be paid at least minimum payment for each and hour they worked and also the time in which the employee is in control of an employer, and includes all the time the employee is suffered or permitted to work.
Anyone who is a victim of wage and hour violations is entitled for compensation.

Sale of Mercedes Benz
German premium car manufacturer Daimler AG figure out a massive increase in the sale of Mercedes in Febraury and it increases by 16.5%.
As in january the sale was especially in Asia Pacific region where sales increased 54%. In china the sale of Mercedes brand vehicle climbed up to 74%.Sales in us grew 2.6% and 6.7% in Europe in Febraury.
After an increase in the sale in china mercedes focus on china and replace their old model with their new model like SUV and Seden to attract younger customer.

Rising demand for S class models
Mercedes benz rose it's sales of S- class model by 15% with the delivery of 109,477 S- class models in the month of January. The sales increased in every region mainly in China and now the biggest single market for the brand rose to 45%.
This New Year has been a great start for the company in various regions. Sales for the company in South Korea rose by 89% resulting in a great demand for the luxury category cars.

Their device was not result of team work actually they worked individually. Despite the equal contribution of both the engineer's in the development of four stroke petrol engine but Gottlieb Daimler collects the whole attention and became more famous.By seeing the success of Daimler a rich Austrian guy named Emil Jellinek become interested to work with him .The work of Daniel and his chief engineer Wilhelm Maybach's pleased Emil Jellinek for approaching them for business proposal of manufacturing cars.Then the name of the company replaced by the name of Emil Jellinek daughter's Mercedes.
